Your products will ship within five business days of your order and then will take two to four weeks to reach your doorstep. There is an estimated delivery time on our product pages.
2. How do I track my order?Customers can see where their order is using the "Track My Order" on our home page menu by entering the order number and email or tracking number provided after the item has shipped.
3. What's your return policy?We give our customers 10 days after they receive their item to request a return and refund. For additional details, refer to our Return/Refund Policy.
4. Can I cancel my order?Cancelations are possible if you did not receive your package after a week of the estimated delivery window or the item has not shipped. If the item has shipped and is still within the estimated delivery window, please see our return/refund policy.
5. What happens if I receive the wrong item?If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a full refund. See our Return/Refund Policy for additional details.
6. Do you offer exchanges?We do not offer exchanges unless we sent you the wrong product. If this happens, contact us and we will work to get you the right product.
